I grew up as an athlete who competed in softball, ballet, cheerleading, and gymnastics at a national level for over ten years. Being an athlete led me to study nutrition in college, which then sparked my passion for health and fitness. Then, I became a CPT and Exercise/Nutrition Content Creator with years of training under elite coaches including Bret Contreras PhD, CSCS, *D (inventor of the hip thrust exercise).
